  1. Stuff Bulletin: Criterion Massive Going Out of Print Sale

Okay, a few quick things I wanted to make you aware of so you could get going on them if you choose to. Apparently, The Criterion Collection is losing the license to a crapload of titles. They’re putting them on sale, $5 off each one.

  2. CND Clarius – Intelligence and clarity of mind

An interesting piece including “clarius” Clarius – intelligence and clarity of mind John Williams is perhaps the most recognized composer of the 20th Century, and has become almost synonymous with the Olympic movement. An all time favourite Williams piece is “Call of the Champions” composed for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.

  3. Australians get their say on video game ratings

At last there’s a glimmer of hope that we can finally have a realistic classification system for video games…its a crazy situation to have no R18+ classification for video games. 6. Warriors of the Wasteland – Adverse Video Review

1982 was apparently a great year for crappy movies to find their way over to American soil. To truly understand the meaning behind the rating of this film just remember “The One’s” most important line from Warriors of the Wasteland : “It’s against the rules to interrupt me!…Now Go! Hate and Exterminate!” This film pits a death-squad called “The Templars” against “The Scorpion,” a former Templar who wishes to live in peace…in a desert nuclear-post-apocalyptic future in the year 2019 A.D just after 1970s synthesized music made its way out of mainstream movies and into porn.
