    In a recent financial transaction, NPILF (National Private Investor Lender Forum) has provided funding to the A LIST LOUNGE in Dayton, Ohio. This was a co-investment transaction with another co-investor/lender which will provide necessary funds for the new owners to revitalize an existing business as a destination Sports and Entertainment Venue to add to the citys nightlife.

    NPILF co-funds $300,000 (25%) of funding request from Riverstar Sports and Entertainment to expand sports facilities and create new venues for concerts and other events. NPILF co-funded the investment with participation from another lender amounting to over a $1M investment.
