Day 2

Andrew Scott posted a photo: Day 2, Year 3 It’s become a bit of a habit for us to catch the bus in to town and then ride home in the car with Shalene when she finishes work. So it was today: we came in to see the dinosaur exhibit in the museum however there wasn’t much there for kids of Celyn’s age, just the little ones, so we didn’t stay long.

Defending Angels – Book Review

Written by Mary Stanton Published by: Berkley Defending Angels is the start of a promising new mystery series. The premise promised on the back cover is intriguing enough: a lawyer who defends the dead from a celestial court, shortening their time in Purgatory or even getting them reassigned from Hell to Heaven. While this premise in practice has more to do with finding earthly justice for murderers and the innocent, a law practice filled with mysterious assistants, ghostly visitors, and strange, uncontrolled powers is creative enough to keep even a relatively jaded mystery fan like myself interested

Are We Overlooking The Black Power Behind Obama?

The national narrative about Barack Obama’s rise to the presidency often takes root in Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy. But one author says not enough attention is being paid to the other main line of succession in African-American leadership — the one that stems from Malcolm X, Stokely Carmichael and the black power movement

Exchanged Traded Options question

Hi all, I’ve been trading shares for 5 years or so and would like to try out ASX options (ETOs). Is it very likely that I won’t be able to sell on my options to take profits/losses reasonably quickly? It just seems that way to me as the volume for most of MQG’s calls, for example, can be as low as < 50 or none at all
